볼런투어(Voluntour)는 '봉사(Volunteer)’와 '관광(Tour)'의 합성어로써,

현지의 문화와 삶을 직접 체험하며 그 지역 사회에 도움이 되는 활동을 병행하는 의미 있는 여행 방식입니다.

 

금번 전남 섬 볼런투어(1차)는 순천제일대학교와 전남대학교 학생 74명이 5월 29일~30일까지 1박 2일의 일정으로 진행됩니다.

 

김연준 신부님으로부터 마리안느와 마가렛의 봉사활동에 대한 강의청취 및 영화를 시청하며,

소록도 현장을 찾아서 문화해설사로부터 국립한센병박물관과 소록도중앙공원에 관한 해설을 듣고 환우들의 삶을 돌아보는 기회를 갖게 됩니다.

 

 

Voluntour is a combination of "Volunteer" and "Tour," and it is a meaningful travel method

that combines activities that help the local community by experiencing local culture and life firsthand.

 

This time, the Jeonnam Island Voluntour (1st round) will be held from May 29th to 30th

for 74 students from Suncheon Jeil University and Chonnam National University.

 

They will have the opportunity to listen to lectures and movies on Marianne and Margaret's volunteer activities from Father Kim Yeon-jun,

and to visit Sorokdo Island and listen to the commentary on the National Hansen Disease Museum and Sorokdo Central Park

from the cultural commentator and look back on the lives of patients.
