고흥 지역에 있는 녹동고등학교 1학년 58명의 학생들이
마리안느마가렛 연수원을 찾아서 마리안느와 마가렛의 봉사정신을 배웠습니다.
강인정 원장님으로부터의 교육을 통해서 한센병에 대하여 새로운 지식을 얻었으며,
두 외국인 간호사들이 보여준 참된 박애정신의 가치를 새롭게 인식하였습니다.
마리안느와 마가렛 기념관을 방문했고,
3층의 카페에서 맛있는 음료와 빵을 먹으며 즐거운 시간도 보냈으며,
서남식 강사님의 소통 프로그램, 소록도 탐방 등의 다채로운 활동을 했습니다.
Fifty-eight first-year students from Nokdong High School in the Goheung area
visited the Marianne-Margaret Training Center
to learn the volunteer spirit of Marianne and Margaret.
Through the education from Director Kang In-jeong,
they gained new knowledge about leprosy
and recognized the value of the true spirit of philanthropy shown by the two foreign nurses.
They visited the Marianne and Margaret Memorial,
had a good time eating delicious drinks and bread at the cafe on the third floor,
and did various activities such as Seo Nam-sik's communication program and a tour of Sorokdo Island.
